Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Morning activities must be cancelled by 7:30 PM on the day before your scheduled date.
Afternoon activities must be cancelled by 10:00 AM on the same day as the activity.
No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations: Any no-shows or last-minute cancellations will
be charged in full to the guest’s room, and any changes in participant numbers must
adhere to the above cancellation guidelines.
Minor Participants: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and age
requirements are based on physical abilities.
Please note that all activities are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or
rescheduled at short notice.
For the best experience, we recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the activity
start time. Additionally, we ask that guests inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or
injuries that may affect their participation. Please leave valuables in your room, as QTours
cannot be liable for items brought on excursions.
Transportation:
If you need to cancel transportation, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to
the scheduled pick-up or drop-off time. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be
charged in full to the guest’s room.
