1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized representatives.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Payment methods include Visa card, Master card, debit card, and bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 2 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within the tour date may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.

3. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
Additional fees may apply for changes.

4. Tour Availability and Weather Conditions
Tours are subject to availability and weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe
conditions, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.
QTours reserves the right to modify or cancel tours without prior notice for safety or operational
reasons.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
QTours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by
our negligence.
Guests are responsible for following the safety instructions provided by the crew and ensuring
they are medically fit for the activity.

6. Behavior and Conduct
QTours reserves the right to refuse service to individuals whose behavior poses a risk or disrupts
the experience for others.
Guests are expected to respect local laws, wildlife, and the environment during the tours.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the QTours website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of QTours and
may not be reproduced without prior consent.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
